We drove into G-City today. As the "skyline" came into view, our hearts began to race with excitement. He has truly broken our hearts for this city and we are so thankful to be here despite any humanly selfish feeling we may have in dealing with leaving "home" as know it in the states. We went to Ambience Mall today to meet with friends, drink coffee, and shop (great way to stay awake when the body is fighting to sleep). We saw our city through the windows and just had to stop and take a picture. Oh what journeys we have before us. There may be many questions we need to ask, many pieces that will have to be fit together, lessons to be learned, and times of waiting. But with each step we take, our eyes are focused on the Lord, our hearts are broken for Indians, and our minds are set on G-City.
Have not I commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged! For the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go! -Josh 1:9
