Jingle Bells in October?

The other night we went to one of our favorite grocery stores, Spencers, to buy all the basics so we could start cooking our own meals or should I say HEALTHY meals: flour, sugar, rice, spices, etc. We walked in, grabbed one of the infamous 360 degree rotating carts, and started our shopping. Suddenly, a song came over the loud speaker..."What a bright time, it's the right time, to rock the night away. Jingle Bell time, it's a swell time, to go riding in a one horse sleigh." We looked at each other and just started laughing. This month is the BIG festival month for Hindus, and they have lights everywhere just like we would have for Christmas. But we never expected to hear Christmas music in October. We continued to buy fruits, vegetables, and cleaning supplies while enjoying "Little Drummer Boy" and "Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire". As we often respond in India....what to do?
